CaP3i

California P3 Infrastructure Group Inc., CaP3i, is a joint venture between Meyers Nave and Public Private Community Development LLC, a privately owned, policy-driven infrastructure development firm.

The mission of CaP3i is to guide government entities and public organizations through all facets of public-private partnerships (P3) in California.

The Group facilitates public and private partnerships from the ground up—integrating smart, responsible advice on how to build effective partnerships that improve our communities with the legal counsel to implement these partnerships. With the assistance of CaP3i, government and public organizations are guided through public policy, legislation, regulation, procurement, finance, design and development of infrastructure in California. The Group offers effective and efficient multi-disciplinary strategies to help our government and public sector clients bridge the gap between the public and the private sectors.
