David Skinner:

agencies throughout the State helping them to acquire properties for redevelopment purposes and a wide array of infrastructure projects such
as freeways and interchanges, light rail, flood control, parks, and wastewater treatment plants. He has considerable expertise in valuation
such as severance damages and loss of business goodwill; and negotiation, acquisition and relocation associated with agricultural,
industrial, residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.
Claudia Gorham: Claudia works extensively with public agencies
primarily in the area of land use, right of way, and eminent domain. She has
successfully represented agencies in eminent domain actions to acquire property
for redevelopment activities; public transportation and rail expansions; drainage
and utilities infrastructure and facilities construction; and water pipelines,
facilities and tanks.
