Inga Lintvedt
Inga Lintvedt counsels municipalities and redevelopment agencies. She advises
clients on all aspects of municipal law, including nuisance abatement, code
enforcement, elections, public records, finance and public contracting. She
is experienced with real property issues, including land use planning, zoning
regulation, environmental review, subdivisions and development agreements. She
has particular experience with issues regarding medical marijuana, massage establishments
and green building. Her redevelopment practice includes the implementation of
affordable housing along with the financing, acquisition and development of
redevelopment projects. She frequently trains public officials pursuant to AB
1234, including the Brown Act, Public Records Act and Political Reform Act.
Currently, Ms. Lintvedt serves as Assistant City Attorney for the cities of
Pinole and El Cerrito.
Before joining Meyers Nave, Ms. Lintvedt worked in the Environmental Division
of the U.S. Department of Justice as well as the San Francisco City Attorney’s
office as part of environmental law and local government clinics. She also served
as Publications Editor of the West-Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and
Policy.
