Ernest J. Guadiana
Overview
Ernest Guadiana represents private entities and local agencies in litigation and compliance matters regarding oil and gas disputes and negotiations, water quality, water rights, and environmental contamination. He came to Meyers Nave in 2010 after practicing litigation in Connecticut and New York.
Ernest has represented oil and gas clients on a variety of issues on the transactional side, including: energy project finance; oil and gas lease negotiations; purchases and sales of mineral properties and rights; operating agreements; and other issues and agreements affecting operators, working interest owners, landowners and royalty owners. He has also litigated a wide variety of oil and gas issues in front of state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies, including representing mineral interest owners in surface use disputes, property damage issues, quiet title actions, and other title and mineral interest disputes.
In addition to his oil and gas experience, Ernest has also represented numerous local agencies in a number of water related issues, including administrative hearings, reimbursements for state mandates, water contamination litigation, and other matters.
