Overview

We provide ongoing advice to redevelopment agency staff, management and elected officials on matters regarding compliance with California Community Redevelopment Law on such issues as the use of tax increment funds for public improvements, compliance with notice, hearing and reporting requirements, the use of housing set-aside funds, and relocation and replacement housing obligations.
