Overview

Our team has advised on numerous wetlands restoration and wetlands Section 404 permit matters.

We have also participated in hundreds of consultations under Section 7 of the ESA, as well as negotiations of habitat conservation plans involving timberlands, water use issues, transportation, municipal permitting and development.
