Final Decision in Oakland Police Officers Association and the City of Oakland v. Mabanag and Siapno

Opinion and Award Regarding Insubordination in the Matter of Arbitration between Oakland Police Officers Association and City of Oakland - Grievants: C. Mabanag and J. Siapno.

After careful consideration, arbitrator Sara Adler awarded that the City of Oakland, represented by Arthur Hartinger, had just cause to discharge the Grievants for insubordination.  And that the grievances of Clarence Mabanag and Jude Siapno were denied.
