Noted Land Use Specialist David Warner Joins Meyers Nave’s Santa Rosa Office
Meyers Nave is pleased to announce that David Warner has rejoined the firm as Of Counsel, expanding the firm’s well-known municipal and special district law and land use practice groups.
Mr. Warner brings over fifteen years of extensive experience principally in the area of public agency law, specializing in land use, labor and employment, solid waste, and public finance matters. He is actively involved in the general representation of North Bay municipalities and special districts and is fully conversant in the daily operations and legal needs of local governments. His experience in development matters for both public and private clients is extensive from drafting comprehensive and special zoning regulations, development agreements, and various types of affordable housing agreements to providing advice on land use entitlements, historic preservation laws, and development fees and exactions. Mr. Warner handles a wide-range of matters governing local government operations including revenue and taxation, pension systems, elections, ethics, and public contracts.

Mr. Warner is a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Nevada, and the State Bar of Illinois. He is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles School of Law and earned a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University. Mr. Warner currently serves as a member of the Education Committee and the Membership Committee for the California Special Districts Association (CSDA). Mr. Warner lives in Santa Rosa with his wife and six children.
