Meyers Nave successfully obtained a $4.5 million settlement against the architect and the construction manager at Turner Construction the day before trial was scheduled to commence.The City of Milpitas experienced extended delays and significant cost overruns as a result of deficient work on its new city hall building.
The recovery was based upon delays and cost overruns and included a recovery for fraud and the submission of false claims.
