Healdsburg Redevelopment Agency

2010 Tax Allocation Bonds, Sotoyome Community Development Project

Meyers Nave provided bond counsel and disclosure counsel legal services for the issuance, sale, and delivery of $21 million of 2010 Tax Allocation Bonds to fund the Sotoyome Community Development Project.

Our team of attorneys worked with the Redevelopment Agency staff, fiscal consultant, bond underwriter, and trustee bank to complete the bond issue within a tight schedule, with a very favorable rating from Standard & Poor's and on attractive terms in a volatile bond market.   The proceeds of the sale will pay off $2.8 million principal amount of 1995 bonds and provide $13.5 million of additional funding for redevelopment activity within the Sotoyme Community Development Project area.
