Bob serves as General Counsel to the Illinois Public Employer Labor Relations Association. He is also the Management Chair of the Interest Arbitration Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Committee on State and Local Government Bargaining and Employment Law. Bob co-authored Smarter Bargaining II, A Guide to Contract Language for Today’s Public Negotiator which was published by the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association. Bob frequently speaks on labor relations trends and developments before management groups and bar associations in Illinois and nationally, and has authored numerous articles on emerging labor and employment law issues and union organizing techniques. |
