Strategies for Handling High-Profile Litigation

In collaboration with the California Minority Counsel Program, Meyers Nave invites you to an important panel discussion on May 15 on the topic of “High Stakes & High Risks: Strategies for Handling High-Profile Litigation.” Some litigation comes from a crisis and other times the litigation becomes the crisis. A panel of experts from both the private and public sectors will share their experience handling crisis-oriented litigation, which is often argued in the court of law and the court of public opinion. Hear their stories and insights on what to expect and what to do and not do in front-page news litigation.

The panelists include:

  • Brenda Aguilar-Guerrero, Principal, Chair of Meyers Nave’s Eminent Domain and Inverse Condemnation Practice Group
  • Diana Luo, Senior Associate General Counsel, Walmart Global eCommerce
  • Otis McGee, Chief Assistant City Attorney, Litigation Division, City of Oakland
  • Bobbie Wilson, Partner, Litigation Practice, Perkins Coie LLP

The panel discussion will be moderated by Meyers Nave Principal Camille Hamilton Pating, Chair of the firm’s Workplace Investigations Practice.
