About the Position

Meyers Nave is looking for a bright, energetic and ambitious Associate with zero to five years of experience to conduct and assist in conducting workplace investigations, and perform litigation and advice and counsel duties as needed, for the firm’s Labor & Employment Group located in our Oakland office.

Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical, research and writing skills, a strong work ethic and dedication to superior client service. Candidates must possess a knowledge base in California employment law, demonstrated ability to work independently, and experience in presenting cases in trial or arbitration. Prior experience with labor arbitrations and workplace investigations is ideal.
