We are distinguished by our workplace investigations practice.  For more than 10 years, we have had a Workplace Investigations Team within the Labor & Employment Group that specializes in high-profile, sensitive matters often involving organizations’ leadership ranks. Throughout California, we are well known for investigating alleged misconduct that is already front-page news or likely to become a headline during or after the investigation.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Labor & Employment Group is looking for a bright, energetic and ambitious attorney with three to seven years of experience for the Firm’s Oakland office. The candidate should want to assume significant responsibilities and to work in a collegial and mentoring work environment.

Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical, research and writing skills, a strong work ethic and dedication to superior client service.  Candidates must have a  developed understanding of California and federal employment law, demonstrated ability to work independently, and experience advising employers and conducting administrative hearings. Workplace investigation and public sector experience are preferred.
