Meyers Nave Oakland Attorney Claudia Gorham Named Principal
Oakland, CA – Meyers Nave is pleased to announce that Claudia J. Gorham, an attorney in the firm’s Oakland office and member of the firm’s Eminent Domain Practice Group, has been named a principal.
Gorham has over 15 years of experience practicing law; she primarily handles complex civil litigation with an emphasis on eminent domain and inverse condemnation actions. Through the course of her career, she has provided counsel, pre-litigation advice and litigation support to numerous public agencies generally regarding right of way issues, real property acquisitions, condemnation, and other land use issues.
Before joining Meyers Nave, Gorham’s practice consisted of representing public agencies in land use cases and in employment litigation — defending public agency employers in high-stakes litigation matters arising from traditional labor disputes to civil rights violations.
Gorham is a graduate of University of California, Hastings School of Law (J.D., 1989) and the University of Missouri, Columbia (A.B. 1984.) She currently resides in Alameda.
