Blake Senet is an Associate in Meyers Nave’s Land Use and Environmental Practice Group with a broad practice spanning real estate transactions, leasing, land use and entitlement, environmental review, and infrastructure development.

Blake represents private companies and public agencies on complex real estate and development matters throughout California. His transactional real estate practice includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, ground leases, easements, and development agreements. He also advises clients on title and survey matters, due diligence, and property acquisition and disposition.

In addition, Blake advises clients on land use entitlements and regulatory compliance, including zoning, development standards, California housing laws, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). He has a particular interest in California housing and has advised on matters involving the Density Bonus Law, the Builder’s Remedy, and other state housing legislation. He is also interested in renewable energy development and has worked on leases for EV charging stations. Blake's recent experience includes drafting construction and public-private partnership (P3) agreements.

After law school, Blake served as a full-time law clerk for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, where he conducted research on CEQA matters, assisted with water transactions, and worked on various California Bay-Delta issues. He also served as a board member of the Real Estate Law Association and conducted research for the Resnick Center for Food Law & Policy at UCLA School of Law.
