Camille J. Bosworth represents employers in complex labor and employment matters, combining extensive litigation experience with practical, strategic judgment.
Camille works with public and private employers throughout California. She is known for her level-headed approach to difficult matters and for giving clients a clear assessment of their position, risks, and options to help determine the best path forward. She brings extensive litigation experience to preparing cases, examining witnesses, arguing motions, and navigating complex factual and legal issues in court. She has tried more than 30 jury trials to verdict and handled hundreds of contested motions and hearings.
Camille is also an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH). She conducts workplace and school related investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other misconduct. Her courtroom experience informs how she gathers evidence and evaluates witness accounts, so clients receive findings that are thorough, fair, and well documented.
Camille began her legal career at the Marin County Public Defender’s Office, where she spent more than 13 years representing clients in misdemeanor and felony matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where she served as Executive Editor of the Hastings Law Journal, and her B.A., cum laude, from UCLA. She studied abroad in Spain and Brazil and speaks fluent Spanish and conversational Portuguese.
