Andrea G. Musicant, based in our San Diego office with over two decades of legal experience, is Senior Of Counsel in Meyers Nave’s Labor and Employment Group.

Andrea offers a client-centered approach, focusing on strategic, results-oriented legal solutions to effectively mitigate risks. She represents and counsels’ employers on all types of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state laws. Her experience includes employment law, business litigation, real-property issues, and intellectual property litigation; and her practice includes counseling employers on employee issues and defending employers and businesses in state and federal court lawsuits.

Providing her clients with proactive and thoughtful legal counsel, Andrea has a unique ability to present complicated information to diverse audiences. Her role in developing and implementing sexual harassment training programs, revising personnel handbooks, and advising on preventative strategies exemplifies her proactive approach to legal issues.
