As a seasoned professional, Ed has more than 25 years in senior and executive finance and accounting roles—in various corporations and industries. He has a proven track record of success in financial management, strategic planning, and driving growth. He has served in leadership roles in both publicly traded and privately-held companies, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 organizations.

Throughout his career, Ed has demonstrated a keen ability to drive growth, increase profitability, handle mergers and acquisitions, manage retirement plans and capital investment, raise capital, and optimize financial performance. He has a deep understanding of complex enterprise-level financial systems and systems implementation. He is also skilled at navigating regulatory environments.

Ed holds a Master of Science in financial analysis and investment management. He is a trusted advisor to executives, and has a reputation for training and coaching, building high-performing teams, streamlining financial operations, and increasing productivity and efficiency. In his free time, Ed enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.
