As an associate in the Trial and Litigation Practice Group, Erin Kurvers approaches each case she works on with tenacity, creativity, and precision—qualities that help her develop strategies tailored to each client’s goals. Drawing on experience across diverse industries and public interest matters, Erin represents clients on both the defense and plaintiff sides in complex litigation before state and federal courts.

Before joining Meyers Nave, Erin practiced complex commercial litigation at a Los Angeles firm, where she handled disputes spanning the sports and entertainment, technology, insurance, and public interest sectors. Known for translating intricate legal and factual issues into clear, compelling narratives, Erin helps clients advance their interests in and out of the courtroom.

Erin also brings valuable insight from her government service. Before law school, she worked as a legislative aide in the U.S. Senate, where she drafted legislation and guided it through the legislative process. During law school, she gained additional public sector insight through externships with the consumer protection divisions of the New York Attorney General’s Office and the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.

Erin earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in International Relations from Creighton University. At Columbia, she served as Executive Online Editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
