Rabi
David
Senior Of Counsel
Rabi David focuses on employment litigation and workplace investigations, representing government agencies, employers, and businesses facing complex legal challenges.
He brings more than 16 years of legal experience across plaintiff-side litigation, military justice, and corporate litigation. Rabi takes the time to understand the facts, anticipate challenges, and help clients make informed decisions, even when the stakes are high.
Rabi is frequently entrusted with sensitive workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, and other misconduct complaints, including matters involving C-suite executives that demand careful judgment and discretion. He is especially skilled at document-intensive investigations. Drawing on his military experience, Rabi brings a discerning eye for evidence and an ability to defuse difficult conversations. His independence and emotional intelligence earn trust in the process and yield findings that withstand scrutiny.
In litigation, Rabi works closely with clients to develop strategies grounded in their priorities and the realities of each case. He began his career representing plaintiffs in complex litigation, participating in jury trials and helping secure substantial settlements. After serving as an Air Force JAG, he represented Fortune 50 companies in securities litigation and white-collar investigations at an international law firm. His practice now includes employment litigation and California business disputes involving trade secrets, fraud, and contracts. He values collaboration and keeps clients informed throughout.
As an Air Force JAG, Rabi advised more than 60 commanders and prosecuted criminal cases involving assault, drug abuse, and child endangerment in bench and jury trials. Before law school, he served as an Electronic Warfare Officer aboard the AC-130 Gunship and as an RC-135 Maintenance Officer, deploying repeatedly in support of the Global War on Terror. Rabi is known for his pro bono work, and the Sacramento County Bar Association recently highlighted his journey and dedication to veteran services.
