Virginia K. Flores helps government, private, and non-profit employers tackle labor and employment challenges, bringing a commitment to legal excellence, care, and understanding that sets her apart. Virginia earned her J.D., cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

During law school, she interned with both the San Diego District Attorney’s Office and the San Diego Public Defender’s Office where she gained valuable experience from both sides of the courtroom through preliminary hearings, case preparation, and drafting legal research and motions.

While interning, Virginia dealt with delicate and sensitive information, which taught her the value of logic and empathy in finding the best and most strategic resolutions for employers. Her background in the criminal sector sharpened her ability to analyze legal issues, communicate clearly, and advocate effectively.
