Eminent Domain Law Conference

Meyers Nave Principal Brenda Aguilar-Guerrero, Chair of Meyers Nave’s Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Practice Group, invites you to attend CLE International’s 20th Annual Eminent Domain Law Conference to be held October 29-30 at the BASF Conference Center in San Francisco. Brenda has served as the conference Program co-Chair since 2007. Meyers Nave Managing Principal David Skinner will also share his eminent domain law expertise as a presenter on the topic of valuation – “A Valuation Conundrum: Considering Pre-Condemnation Damages and Disregarding Project Influence on the Date of Value.”

The conference is designed to provide education, training and networking for Eminent Domain professionals from the private and public sectors, including appraisers, attorneys, right of way professionals, engineers, landowners, relocation specialists and real estate professionals. The program includes more than one dozen sessions addressing California’s constantly changing Eminent Domain landscape. The conference is approved for 12 hours of MCLE credit, including one hour of ethics, and 12 hours of IRWA and Appraiser credit.
