Overview

Arielle Rodriguez’s practice focuses on complex commercial, employment, securities, and environmental litigation in state and federal courts. She represents businesses and organizations across a range of industries, bringing focused attention and a client-first approach to each matter she handles.

Arielle’s litigation practice spans all phases of dispute resolution, from early case strategy and discovery through motion practice and resolution. She has experience in class action defense, internal investigations, and regulatory matters, with particular experience in California environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement. Her work includes drafting dispositive and discovery motions, managing complex document review and productions, corresponding with opposing counsel, and preparing witness materials and factual chronologies for investigations.

Arielle is committed to public service and pro bono work as part of her practice. She led a pro bono matter that secured class inclusion for multiple individuals in the Ms. L v. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement settlement, enabling families separated at the U.S.–Mexico border in 2020 to reunite and enter the United States.

Before joining Meyers Nave, Arielle practiced at an international law firm in San Francisco, where she defended corporate clients across a broad range of litigation matters. During law school, she clerked with the California Department of Justice’s Health Quality Enforcement Section, gaining firsthand experience with government investigations. Arielle earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she received the Prosser Prize in Constitutional Law and served as an Associate Editor of the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal. She holds a B.A. from Stanford University.
