Inclusion and Engagement Committee
Meyers Nave’s Inclusion and Engagement Committee develops opportunities, programs, and events open to all members of our team, supporting them to thrive inside and outside the firm. The Committee coordinates staff inclusion activities, affinity groups, and involvement in community organizations that foster inclusion and engagement, including participation in regional and national affinity bar associations. The Inclusion and Engagement Committee includes Executive Committee members, Practice Group Chairs, professional staff, and attorneys at all levels.
Professional Development
The professional development efforts of the firm’s Inclusion and Engagement Committee include a quarterly program, “Listen, Learn and Ask,” featuring leaders with unique life experiences from corporations, public entities, and non-profit organizations. The program provides all Meyers Nave attorneys with opportunities to gain experience from executive-level professionals about their career paths, preferred practices for collaborating with outside counsel, examples of excellent client service, and insights on business development.

The Value of Being Valued
Amrit Kulkarni, Equity Principal, Chair of our Land Use & Environmental Practice Group, and member of Meyers Nave’s Executive Committee, joined the firm in 1999.
