Eminent Domain Associate – 4 to 7 Years of Experience (San Diego, Los Angeles or Oakland, CA)

About Meyers Nave

Meyers Nave is a robust midsize law firm with four offices throughout California. For over 35 years, we have built a reputation as a “go to” law firm to handle high profile and high stakes matters for both public entities and private sector clients.

Our Trial and Litigation Practice Group includes a robust litigation practice in federal and state courts focused on complex litigation that usually includes constitutional claims. We are actively engaged in all phases of litigation from initial pleadings through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal.

We are particularly well-known for our experience in Eminent Domain, handling large transportation and infrastructure projects, including a variety of large scale transit and sports stadium developments. We commonly assist public entities in obtaining the parcels of land needed for these important public projects. In addition to providing clients with our advice and counsel, we are typically in trial several times a year in both bench and jury trials.
