Jennifer Savion is a sophisticated employment advice and counsel and litigation attorney with almost 20 years of experience. Whether it is a new handbook, a personnel management issue, an accommodations issue, an investigation, or arbitration/litigation, Jennifer fully supports her clients in all areas and in the long term.

Jennifer takes a “humans first” approach to her work, and prioritizes ensuring her clients understand, are informed, and participate every step of the way. Highly experienced in dealing with sensitive facts, she has tackled challenging discrimination and harassment cases and secured victory at summary judgment, at trial, and in arbitration.  Jennifer has also had success in the public sector, defending the City of Syracuse, New York, against state and federal claims.

As a strategic thinker, Jennifer excels at helping employers navigate compliance issues. Having worked in both the public and private sector, and as a business owner herself, Jennifer is highly experienced in navigating the legislative gauntlet of being an employer, especially in California.

With almost twenty years of practicing law, Jennifer brings real life experience to her clients and works with them to find real world solutions. She has worked for local government, for federal courts, for a large international law firm, and for herself. Outside of the law, Jennifer is a musician, music teacher, and a creative artist.
