Kenton (Ken) Eliot is an associate in the construction group at Meyers Nave. His practice focuses on construction litigation and complex disputes involving contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. He works on matters involving project delays, design issues, and payment disputes across large infrastructure and construction projects.

Ken has supported high-value construction litigation, including claims arising from a tunneling project in Washington state involving a tunnel boring machine failure and delay damages exceeding $700 million. In a related dispute involving changes to support-of-excavation design, he helped secure dismissal of a $23 million claim at summary judgment. His work often involves collaborating with engineering experts and translating technical issues into clear legal strategy.

Prior to joining Meyers Nave, Ken represented clients in construction and commercial litigation. His work included preparing summary judgment briefings, coordinating with technical experts, assisting with witness preparation, and obtaining a default judgment exceeding $500,000 in a payment dispute involving work performed on United States Navy vessels.

Ken earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School. He is admitted to practice in California, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii.
